RETURNS

We attach great importance to quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our products and want to make use of our return guarantee or you have other reasons for a return, please proceed as follows:

HOW RETURNS WORK

Please send us an email to info@beautyhacker.de with details of the reasons for your complaint.
You will receive all information about the return shipment by e-mail.
Pack the (remaining) items in the original packaging.
Please send the remaining goods to the following address:

As soon as the returned products have been received and checked in our warehouse, we will refund the purchase price excluding delivery and return costs within fourteen days at the latest.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to revoke the concluded contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. You bear the costs for returning the goods (according to the EU consumer directive). Upon receipt of the returned goods, the purchase price will be refunded to you immediately. For the return, please use the packaging in which the product was delivered.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. email to info@beautyhacker.de, fax or letter sent by post). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient if you send the communication about exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
