1.) Gentle peelings: But be careful - please don't overdo it and then apply a lot of care. Because peelings can additionally weaken the skin barrier and, above all, reduce the natural fat deficiency of the skin even more in winter! If your skin tends to be very dry, avoid it in winter.

2.) The production of sebum decreases in the cold, the skin becomes dry, cracked and loses moisture. Replaces products with a high water content with rich care products containing lipids and fats. For extremely sensitive skin areas, a moisturizing cold cream could be the right thing.
3.) If possible, avoid long showers and baths in winter, as this also draws moisture from your skin.
4.) Check your body lotion, lip lotions are great now because they have a higher fat content. Additives such as urea or glycerol bind moisture.
5.) Instead of mineral powder as a make-up base, switch to liquid make-up for more glow.

7.) Try an eye cream with vitamin K, it might help against dark circles.
