DON'T BE SO SUPERFICIAL
Do you remember back then, when the most diverse characters discussed and argued in the afternoon talk shows. And every time a really witty guest from the audience was able to pull off the absolute truism to put things straight?: "It's what's on the inside that counts!" The audience applauded and the viewer in front of the television thought: "Ok, thanks for sharing..."
If you can still remember, then you are definitely at an age when cell division and cell renewal in your body are rapidly decreasing. This can usually be seen in the largest organ in your body - your skin. As soon as you are on the decline in terms of your cell regeneration, your skin begins to age. According to various studies, this usually happens after the age of 25. The facial features of eyes, nose and mouth are often joined by crow's feet, frown lines or the increasingly deep nasolabial folds.
antiaging creams
A fairly common superficiality is trying one anti-wrinkle cream after another in the hope that they will slow down skin aging - to no avail.
Because the allegedly effective additives in the creams do not penetrate deep enough into the skin and therefore only have a temporary and superficial effect. The oh so wonderful anti-aging creams only smear the epidermis, which can be seen as a protective barrier, as a protective cover of our body against unwanted substances from the environment and thus also against the substances from our cosmetics.
This means that none of the cosmetic active ingredients can reach the skin layer that is responsible for the wrinkles: the corium or dermis. It consists of connective tissue cells (fibroblasts) and the connective tissue fibers collagen and elastin.
collagen
Collagen is a structural protein that provides stability in young skin. From the age of 25, the body's own collagen production finally slows down - the structure of the skin loses stability and wrinkles multiply and become deeper.
And I am now happy to speak up in order to use the former phrase in a valuable way:
"Hey, it's what's on the inside that counts!"
Superficial creaming is a thing of the past - one of the beauty hacks is to return the dwindling collagen to the body through nutrition. The beauty comes from within. The so-called collagen hydrolyzate can be perfectly consumed as a drink to fill the collagen gap and stimulate the body's own collagen production. This gives stability to the collagen structure of the dermis and can thus contribute to a much better complexion.
